Wild Horses

(1995)Directed by Marcelo Piñeyro122 minDrama, Crime, Comedy
“Every man risks every time he chooses... and that makes him free”

José (Héctor Alterio) is an old rebel who walks into a bank to take out his money, gets refused, and comes back with a gun, threatening to shoot himself unless they pay. Pedro (Leonardo Sbaraglia), a young teller sick of his own life, plays along as a hostage and walks out beside him with the cash. Marcelo Piñeyro sends them on the run with Ana (Cecilia Dopazo) in tow, and the film becomes about what an old man and a restless kid owe each other.
