“He's Setting Sail On The High Seas... Without A Rudder, A Compass, Or A Clue!”

Nathanial Mayweather (Chris Elliott), a snobbish and foul-mouthed finishing school graduate, boards the wrong boat and ends up on a rundown fishing vessel headed out to sea. The crew, led by Captain Graybar (Ritch Brinkley), decides he is bad luck, and Nathanial wants to be taken to Hawaii. Adam Resnick, directing for the first time, gives it a dry tone, and the one person aboard who doesn't hate Nathanial is Paps (James Gammon).
