Cabin Fever: Patient Zero

“The Birth of Fear”

A boat carries a bachelor party to a deserted Caribbean island for a surprise overnight celebration, and the group lands to find the place is not empty. A secret medical facility sits inland, and the water around the island has gone wrong. Kaare Andrews sends Penny (Jillian Murray) and Marcus (Mitch Ryan) toward the facility, where Porter (Sean Astin) waits behind a door and the dark tide laps at the dock.
