Cadet Kelly

“Too Cool For The Rules!”

Kelly (Hilary Duff) is hauled out of her old life and dropped into a military school when her mother's new husband is named Commandant. She talks too fast, moves too much, and has no idea how to take an order from Sir (Gary Cole), a man who runs the place by the book. Larry Shaw follows her onto the drill team, where she and Jennifer (Christy Carlson Romano) end up on the same line, and Kelly has to figure out who she is once the uniform goes on.
