Cahill: United States Marshal

(1973)Directed by Andrew V. McLaglen103 min · PGDrama, Western
“A lawman and his sons face the ultimate test of courage.”

Two boys rob a bank because it is the one way they can think of to get their father to look at them. Their father is J.D. Cahill (John Wayne), the U.S. Marshal whose name alone stops bad men cold, and Danny (Gary Grimes) and Billy Joe (Clay O'Brien) end up with more trouble than they planned for. Andrew V. McLaglen filmed it on location in Durango, Mexico, with Wayne in a black hat.
