California Suite

“The best two-hour vacation in town!”

Over one stretch at the Beverly Hills Hotel, four sets of guests check into the same pink-walled suite, each bringing their own trouble. Herbert Ross directs Neil Simon's script, which has Hannah Warren (Jane Fonda), a New York editor, and her ex-husband Bill (Alan Alda) arguing over where their daughter will live. Diana Barrie (Maggie Smith) and Sidney Cochran (Michael Caine) share a long, wary marriage, and they are still dressing for the same evening together.
