Call Me Mrs. Miracle

Nobody at the department store can say quite where Mrs. Merkle (Doris Roberts) came from, only that she turns up in the toy department just as the money runs short. Michael M. Scott sets her among the shelves with Holly Wilson (Jewel Staite) and Lindy Lowe (Lauren Holly), where she goes about her work with a kind word for every customer. The film keeps returning to the idea that the Christmas spirit spreads when people look after each other.
