Caltiki, the Immortal Monster

“Slimy Glob of Doom Engulfs The World!”

Dr. John Fielding (John Merivale) is an archaeologist leading a team of researchers into Mayan ruins, with his wife Ellen (Didi Sullivan) waiting for him at the expedition's base. What they bring back from the ruins is a specimen of ancient blob, and it turns hot enough to burn flesh once radiation reaches it. Riccardo Freda directs a story about people who dig up the past and then cannot make it stay buried.
