Camouflage

A university linguistics camp in Poland is the setting for a quiet standoff between two men in the same department. Jarosław Kruszyński (Piotr Garlicki) is the young assistant, and Jakub Szelestowski (Zbigniew Zapasiewicz) is the associate professor whose ideas he cannot let pass. Zanussi, whose film was Poland's 1977 Oscar submission, keeps the conflict small and the talk polite, a moral argument between an older man and a younger one.
