Candy

“More is never enough.”

In Australia, a poet named Dan (Heath Ledger) meets Candy (Abbie Cornish), an art student who is soon drawn into his bohemian world and his love of heroin. Neil Armfield follows the two as they become hooked on each other as much as on the drug, their days swinging between oblivion, self-destruction and despair. Candy stands in a doorway, the poet beside her, and neither of them is looking at the other.
