Candy Cane Lane

“Be careful what you wish for.”

A strange deal is behind the trouble on Candy Cane Lane, where every house is lit up for the neighborhood's yearly decorating contest. Chris Carver (Eddie Murphy), laid off from his marketing job, strikes a pact with an elf, and Reginald Hudlin follows him as the twelve days of Christmas come to life around town. Chris is out on his lawn with his wife Carol (Tracee Ellis Ross) and their kids nearby, the lights glowing on the street.
