Carlos (Antonio de la Torre) is the most respected tailor in Granada, a quiet man whose days are work and whose one private pleasure is eating, though never just anything. Manuel Martín Cuenca follows him through the shop, the neighbors, and the women who begin to come into his orbit, among them Nina (Olimpia Melinte). Carlos stands at his worktable in the Granada shop, measuring tape around his neck, and gives nothing away.
