Cannibal Ferox

“They raped and murdered his sister while he watched helplessly. Now it's his turn to make them die slowly.”

In the Amazon rainforest, a student named Gloria Davis (Lorraine De Selle) sets out with her brother Rudy (Danilo Mattei) and their friend Pat (Zora Kerova) to prove that cannibalism is a myth. Their trip takes a turn when they meet Mike Logan (Giovanni Lombardo Radice) and Joe Costolani (Walter Lucchini), two men on the run after torturing and enslaving a tribe to find emeralds. Umberto Lenzi shows all of it close up, the way a shock film of the period would.
