Cape No. 7

“Everyone's heart contains an undelivered love letter.”

Who is supposed to open for a Japanese star's beach concert in Hengchun? Aga (Van Fan), a singer who has come home frustrated, is stuck with the job of finding out, alongside Tomoko (Chie Tanaka), a Japanese model sent to put a warm-up band together. Wei Te-sheng gathers six ordinary residents of the town, none of them expected to be good at anything. The film is about people nobody has bet on, and how much a small place will give them once they start playing.
