Capone

“We all pay for our crimes in the end.”

Al Capone (Tom Hardy) is released after ten years in prison and retires to his Florida estate, where neurosyphilis and dementia have already started to take his mind. Josh Trank follows him through his last year as Mae Capone (Linda Cardellini) and Doctor Karlock (Kyle MacLachlan) try to manage a man who no longer knows what is real. The violence he committed keeps returning, and he cannot tell memory from the present.
