Captain Alatriste: The Spanish Musketeer
A dying soldier in the Flanders campaign asks his friend for one thing: take my son and teach him to be a soldier. Diego Alatriste (Viggo Mortensen), a brave veteran in the King's army in 17th century Spain, takes the boy in, and Íñigo Balboa (Unax Ugalde) grows up in his shadow. Agustín Díaz Yanes shoots Alatriste with his sword and his hat, a figure in a dark, close-fitting coat, always a little apart from the court.
