A fanatical terrorist is selling a drug that ages its victims at a terrifying speed, funding his plans for a world revolution with the proceeds. Captain America (Reb Brown), also known as Steve Rogers, takes the case with Dr. Wendy Day (Connie Sellecca) and Dr. Simon Mills (Len Birman), up against Miguel (Christopher Lee). Ivan Nagy directs it for CBS in the blunt, grainy style of a late-seventies television movie, built to be watched across two nights.
