“Evil ends here.”

A village finds several young girls dead, drained of blood and left hideously aged, and Dr. Marcus (John Carson) sends for the one man who might know why. Captain Kronos (Horst Janson), once a victim of the evil himself, arrives with his hunchbacked companion Professor Grost (John Cater), and Brian Clemens gives him the stride of a swordsman. Carla (Caroline Munro) comes to travel beside him, and the film leaves the three of them to settle what each owes the other.
