Carol for Another Christmas

“Where the future meets the past... and our world collides.”

Daniel Grudge (Sterling Hayden) is a wealthy industrialist and a fierce isolationist, embittered since his son was lost in World War II. On Christmas Eve he is visited by three ghosts, among them Pat Hingle as the Ghost of Christmas Present, who walk him through a single night. Joseph L. Mankiewicz directs Rod Serling's script, and what hangs on it is whether Grudge will change how he sees his fellow man.
