Carry On Again Doctor

(1969)Directed by Gerald Thomas85 minComedy
“Their latest laughter operation!”

Dr. Jimmy Nookey (Jim Dale) has been disgraced at his London hospital and posted to a remote island clinic, where nobody seems pleased to see him. There the orderly Gladstone Screwer (Sidney James) hands him a secret slimming potion, and Nookey carries it home to England and into sudden fame and money. Gerald Thomas follows him as colleagues like Dr. Carver (Kenneth Williams) circle his luck, some hoping to cash in and some hoping to bring him down a peg.
