“Today, I get the sack.”

Sun-hee (Yum Jung-ah) has worked the registers at a big retail supermarket for years, and all she wants is to keep her job and keep her hours. Then the company dismisses its contract staff without warning, and she and the other women on the floor, including Hye-mi (Moon Jeong-hee), start a protest against the store's labor policies. Boo Ji-young's drama is about people who stand behind a counter all day and are treated as though they could be replaced by anyone.
