Conan Edogawa (voice: Minami Takayama) is a teenage detective stuck in a child's body, and he is working a series of Tokyo murders when each victim turns out to be tied to the same two towers. The towers are nearly ready to open, and Conan suspects the Syndicate that shrunk him has a hand in it. Kenji Kodama keeps Conan on the move through the killings, a small figure in a big coat of city, the unfinished towers standing over him.
