Casper (Brendon Ryan Barrett) is a ghost who would rather make friends than frighten anyone, which is a problem when Kibosh, the supreme ruler of all ghosts, orders him to scare at least one person before Christmas Day. He goes to Kriss, Massachusetts, where he meets the Jollimore family. Owen Hurley directs, and Casper has to decide how much of his kindness he is willing to hide from the people who take him in.
