The underworld has a school, and its two-headed headmaster Alder (Jim Belushi) and Dash (Bob Saget) run it for ghosts who need to learn how to scare. Casper (Devon Werkheiser) is sent there after Kibosh, the King of the Underworld, hears he has been too friendly with a boy named Jimmy. Mark Gravas directs the 2006 Cartoon Network film in loose, bouncy animation, with a mummy who unravels and a zombie girl who keeps falling apart.
