“When a hero falls a legend will rise”

Tetsuya Azuma (Yusuke Iseya) wants out of a war that has run fifty years and left much of the Earth unfit to live on, but he is killed at the front. His father, Dr. Kotaro Azuma (Akira Terao), is pushing a neo-cell experiment meant to cure humanity's diseases, and Kiriya, who wrote, directed, shot and edited the film, builds it on a digital backlot. When the mutants from the experiment escape and declare war, mankind has only the reborn Tetsuya to hold them back.
