Castle Keep

“A one-eyed major and his oddball heroes fight a twentieth-century war in a tenth-century castle!”

It is the Battle of the Bulge, and a small squad of Americans led by Maj. Abraham Falconer (Burt Lancaster) lands at a remote castle in the Ardennes. The Count of Maldorais (Jean-Pierre Aumont) takes them in and hopes they will hold his walls against the German advance. Sydney Pollack gathers the soldiers, among them Sgt. Rossi (Peter Falk), around the old stone of a keep and the war moving toward it.
