Cat City

(1986)Directed by Béla Ternovszky96 minAnimation, Adventure, Comedy

Nick Grabowsky (László Sinkó) is a mouse secret agent, retired and reluctant, living on Planet X in the year 80 AMM, After Mickey Mouse. A gang of mafioso cats plans to wipe out the world's mice, and Professor Fushimishi thinks he has built the weapon to stop them. Béla Ternovszky draws it all as a deadpan cartoon crime story, a mouse in a trench coat slipping past cats in wide-brimmed hats.
