Cats Don't Dance

(1997)Directed by Mark Dindal75 min · GAnimation, Comedy, Family, Music
“For a bunch of funny friends trying to break into show business... it's a jungle out there!”

Why does a cat from Kokomo, Indiana, think Hollywood in 1939 has a spot for him? Danny (Scott Bakula) gets off the bus ready to dance, but the studios cast animals only as scenery, and no one will let a cat step into the spotlight. Mark Dindal sets him against Darla Dimple (Ashley Peldon), the child star whose smile covers a sharp temper, and Danny's whole future rides on getting just one number on that stage.
