Cemetery of Splendor

Ten soldiers lie in a makeshift hospital ward, stricken by a sleeping sickness no one can explain, and Jen (Jenjira Pongpas) starts volunteering beside them. She sits with Itt (Banlop Lomnoi), a young man who sleeps through most of it, and a bond forms between the two. Apichatpong Weerasethakul sets the ward's quiet against a dream and a waking life that begin to overlap, and the soldiers may never be cured.
