“He's the love of her life. She just doesn't know it yet.”

Sam Davis (Michael Angarano) is a young man who talks his former best friend, Teddy (Jake Johnson), into a weekend at a beachside estate owned by a famous documentary filmmaker, Whit Coutell (Lee Pace). What Teddy doesn't know is that Sam is still in love with Zoe (Uma Thurman), who is now Whit's fiancée. Max Winkler, making his feature debut, keeps the camera close on the house and the people moving through it.
