Edison (Carrot Top) is a surfer who lives off his inventions and can barely cover his bills, so a wealthy stranger, billionaire Armand McMillian, taking a liking to him changes everything. When Armand dies, he leaves his entire invention company to Edison, and his nephew Bradford (Larry Miller) gets a surfboard. Alex Zamm sets the two against each other, with Natalie (Courtney Thorne-Smith) at Edison's side while Bradford plots to take the company back.
