At a college where the gymnastics program has just been cut, Apple (Maddy Curley) is a super girly-girl with a boyfriend, a plan for the future, and a wardrobe to match. Then Todd (Drew Seeley) dumps her, and she decides the way to win him back is to build a gymnastics team from nothing. Hisonni Johnson, a former gymnast himself, films the routines and the chalk-dusted gym with a first-hand feel for the sport.
