A killer in Baltimore has escaped the gallows with the loss of a hand, and the police cannot say who he is or how he chooses his victims. Jason Cravatte (Patrick O'Neal) wears a different tool in place of the missing hand for each murder, while Anthony Draco (Cesare Danova) and Harold Blount (Wilfrid Hyde-White) look into his past. Hy Averback's film treats revenge as a debt that one man alone decides has come due.
