Chaos, This Is?

“Youssef Chahine's final film”

In a crowded Cairo neighborhood, Hatem (Khaled Saleh) works as a police officer who takes bribes and answers to no one. He loves Nour (Menna Shalabi), a neighbor who has eyes only for Sherif (Youssef El Sherif), the prosecutor, and he is willing to take her attention by force. Chahine, in his last film, made it with Khaled Youssef, and Hatem keeps watching Nour's window.
