Che: Part One

“Everyone knows the icon. Few know the man.”

Ernesto "Che" Guevara (Benicio del Toro) joins Fidel Castro (Demián Bichir) and a band of Cuban exiles with one aim, to bring down the dictator Fulgencio Batista. He starts out as the group's doctor and becomes one of its commanders. Steven Soderbergh shoots the campaign in the field, close to the men marching, and lets the facts of the revolution carry the story.
