In London, Buddhadev Gupta (Amitabh Bachchan) is a 64-year-old chef who runs an Indian restaurant and keeps a strict standard for his kitchen. Then Nina Verma (Tabu), a 34-year-old software engineer, walks in and starts an argument with him over his food. R. Balki keeps the story light and talkative, and trusts the two leads to carry the hard parts quietly.
