(2022)Directed by Manuela Martelli96 minDrama

Carmen (Aline Küppenheim) is a comfortable woman in Chile in 1976, her days taken up with family, church and the plans for her beach house. When Father Sánchez (Hugo Medina) asks her to look after a young man he is sheltering in secret, she agrees, and the quiet life she knows starts to narrow around that favor. Manuela Martelli's debut shows how ordinary people live beside a dictatorship, and how long they can look away.
