Chill Factor

“Keeping cool is a matter of life and death.”

A dying scientist hands a store clerk and an ice cream truck driver a container holding Elvis, a chemical that will kill every living thing once it melts. Arlo (Cuba Gooding Jr.) and Tim Mason (Skeet Ulrich) have to get it to the nearest military base while Col. Andrew Brynner (Peter Firth) and his mercenaries chase them, hoping to hold the country for ransom. Hugh Johnson directs, and the only thing keeping the whole country safe is a freezer that cannot stay cold.
