“Love is the brightest light of all”

A mother in danger of losing the family home pushes a young boy toward painting. Thomas Kinkade (Jared Padalecki) takes up the brush to help Maryanne Kinkade (Marcia Gay Harden), and Peter O'Toole appears as Glen. Michael Campus, directing his first film in more than thirty years, builds it around the glowing, picturesque paintings of the real Kinkade.
