Someone tries to kill a stranger, and Samuel (Kostja Ullmann) happens to be there to stop it. Now he is running from the would-be killers alongside the man they were after, while Edda (Alli Neumann), a woman he has just met, goes looking for him. Detlev Buck turns one night around Christmas into a chase where nobody quite has time to be lonely.
