Christmas Next Door

Eric Redford (Jesse Metcalfe) writes books about the bachelor life, and all he wants this December is to get through the holidays without a disaster. He has been left in charge of his young niece and nephew, so he knocks on the door of his neighbor April Stewart (Fiona Gubelmann), who loves Christmas more than anyone on the street. Jonathan Wright keeps the two houses side by side, her side full of lights and holly, his bare.
