Chronopolis

A city hangs in the sky, and its immortal rulers pass their endless days building strange objects while they wait for a gift that has not yet come. Piotr Kamler's only feature is stop-motion animation, with a score by Luc Ferrari and a narration spoken by Michael Lonsdale. Beings who cannot die have run out of reasons to do anything, and so they make things.
