Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV

“A tale of two Toxies!!!”

A horrific explosion tears open a portal between Tromaville and Amortville, its mirror-image twin, and the Toxic Avenger (David Mattey) goes through it. With him gone, his evil double, the Noxious Offender, takes over the town, and Ms. Weiner (Debbie Rochon) is among those caught in the mess. Lloyd Kaufman sets the hero against his own reflection, and the two share the same face, the same body and the same grudge.
