“Diplomatic Secrets, An International Star And a Two-Ton Hammer to the Head!”

Tokyo is hosting a charity concert, and Nina Shutenberg (Mari Okamoto), a visiting pianist, is the guest everyone has come to hear. Ryo Saeba (Akira Kamiya), the city's sweeper of last resort, sets out to win her over, while a foreign dignitary is shot dead and agents comb the streets for a missing microchip. Kenji Kodama gives Ryo a partner, Kaori Makimura (Kazue Ikura), who keeps one eye on the bodies and the other on him.
