“The Final Chapter Begins.”

Ryo Saeba (Akira Kamiya), a Shinjuku detective, wants an easy job, so a video creator named Angie asking him to find her missing cat suits him fine. Kazuyoshi Takeuchi turns it into a chase once someone tries to kill her and assassins start hunting Angel Dust, a military technology that can build super soldiers. Ryo is now in the crosshairs, and Kaori Makimura (Kazue Ikura) stands close enough to be hit too.
