City Limits

“On the border of adventure. At the edge of danger.”

A plague has emptied the adults out of the cities, and the teenagers left behind have sorted themselves into gangs that fight each other for ground. Lee (John Stockwell) and Mick (Darrell Larson) run with one of them, while Yogi (Rae Dawn Chong) and the others hold their own turf. Aaron Lipstadt follows their street war as a corporation starts reaching for control of all of it, and the film keeps asking who gets to own a city once the grown-ups are gone.
