City of Ghosts

“Where you go when you can't turn back.”

Jimmy (Matt Dillon) is a con man who helped run an insurance scam in the U.S. and is now dodging the law. His share of the money sits in Cambodia, so he flies to Phnom Penh to collect it from Marvin (James Caan), his partner in the fraud. Dillon, directing as well as acting, shot on location in Phnom Penh and at the Bokor Hill Station, and Jimmy goes there needing the money and finds he can't easily leave.
