“The ultimate teaching machine... out of control”

Cody Culp (Bradley Gregg) gets out of prison and wants only to go home and finish school, but his school sits inside a free-fire zone that even the police won't enter. Principal Miles Langford (Malcolm McDowell) takes it back by bringing in androids built by Dr. Bob Forrest (Stacy Keach) to teach classes and keep order. Mark L. Lester puts the idea plainly: hand discipline to a machine, and a machine will do exactly as it's told.
