In a Taiwan of dead-end jobs and stalled plans, four old school friends reach middle age with nothing they once wanted. Tom (Shih Ming-shuai) is a director, Fan Man (Rexen Cheng) a temp worker, and the other two sell insurance and make paper crafts. Huang Hsin-yao keeps them in rooms where Tin Can (Na-Do) and Blockage (Liu Kuan-Ting) sit close, and Congressman Gao (Chen Yi-wen) hovers nearby.
