Clerks III

“They're too old for this shift.”

Years on, the Quick Stop in Leonardo, New Jersey still has a counter, and Dante Hicks (Brian O'Halloran) still stands behind it. After Randal Graves (Jeff Anderson) survives a massive heart attack, he talks Dante into helping him shoot a movie about their old days in the store. Kevin Smith writes it as a story about two friends deciding that the years they spent at that counter were worth putting on film.
